Before a Contract Processor can be assigned to a loan, the primary Loan Officer must add the Contact Processor to their team. Find instructions for this in the resource linked below.
Add Contract Processors to My Teams
1. Navigate to your loan > Loan Center.
2. In the File Contacts section, click ... > Manage Contract Processors.
3. Enter the Contract Processor's name or email in the search field to locate the Contract Processor.
4. Select the Contract Processor by clicking the checkbox > Save.
5. The Contract Processor will be listed in the File Contacts section.
