CIC CREDIT USER NAME: All Loan Officers should have received both Hard Pull & Soft Pull credentials for CIC Credit. Soft Pull accounts will typically have .spq in the user name which stands for Soft Pull Query.
CIC CREDIT PASSWORD: You will have separate passwords for your Hard Pull & Soft Pull accounts. Your password for each account will be created upon your first login or when last updated.
ADDING YOUR CIC CREDIT ACCOUNTS TO ARIVE: Login to ARIVE at https://coast2coast.myarive.com and then click on the circle at the top-right (should have your photo or initials) and select User Settings from the drop-down. Select Credentials from the left-hand bar and you'll be at the Credit page where you can start to add your accounts. It's best to add your Hard Pull account FIRST and set as primary.
CIC CREDIT ACCOUNT LOCKED: Occasionally, your CIC Credit accounts may be deactivated if you haven't logged into the system using the login link above AT LEAST once every 30 days. This does not include pulling credit through ARIVE. PLEASE NOTE: C2C Staff is UNABLE to unlock accounts!
If an account is locked, use one of the methods below to request an unlock:
- FASTEST: Head to https://www.ciccredit.com/livechat/index.html and fill out your first name, last name, CIC Credit account email address, and select "Mortgage Credit Tech Support" under the "Queue" drop-down.
- You can also send an email to customersuccess@ciccredit.com and request your account to be unlocked. You may need to specify if it's your Hard Pull or Soft Pull account.
CIC CREDIT SMARTPAY LINK: CIC Credit supplies each Hard Pull account with a unique SmartPay link which lets the Borrower(s) pay for their own credit report using a credit card. If your SmartPay link shows an error stating that the "...page is down for maintenance" it simply means that your Hard Pull account is locked. Use one of the methods above to have that account unlocked and your SmartPay linkl will work as it should!

CIC CREDIT INITIAL ONBOARDING SETUP:
- Step 1: You should have received 4 separate emails from the CIC Credit Team with all the information you need to login and setup your CIC Credit Hard Pull & (separately) Soft Pull accounts. Two emails will give you your login User Names and the other two should have arrived in a corresponding order with links directly to set up each asccount.
- Step 2: You will need to know the User Name for each account when clicking the setup link, so find that User Name FIRST and then click the email with the corresponding setup link. Once you arrive at the initial setup screen, initiate a text to your mobile phoone and use the 4-digit PIN you wuill receive by text.
- Step 3: You will need to verify/update your identity/contact information, add a credit card, and accept the CIC Credit agreement when setting up each account. Again...this will need to be done for BOTH ACCOUNTS!
